We’re proud to offer our customers free pickup from our location at 23 Strong  Avenue, THOMASTOWN ,VIC 3074, AUSTRALIA. This page outlines how it works and what you need to know about our pickup policy. If you’ve any questions, please reach out to us.

 

1.1 HOW DOES THE PICKUP WORK?

Enter your address at checkout and select the free Pick-Up option alongside paid shipping options. Please note that choosing Pick-Up does not expedite a product’s listed lead time.

 

When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification email with a location map, pickup hours, and instructions for when you arrive. Our facility’s pickup location and hours are:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM

Public Holidays Closed

Our team will ask for your order number and bring the Products to you.

Please keep in mind that packaging items can be surprisingly large. Some smaller vehicles may have difficulty accommodating large box sizes and bulk packaging items.

If you decide delivery is needed instead, please speak with our team for more details.

 

1.2 LEAD TIMES FOR PICKUP ORDERS ARE THE SAME AS DELIVERY ORDERS

All pickup orders are subject to the lead times listed on product pages, checkout pages, or confirmation emails. Custom packaging lead times can also be affected if new artwork or corrections are required.

 

1.3 PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION

Customer orders not picked up within 30 days of the pickup notification email’s send date will be automatically refunded and subject to a $20 a day restocking fee to cover expenses and insurance;
